I ask that you think carefully regarding your choice of postage. Postage is offered with the options available for your final weight of goods, I would ask that you bear in mind the value of the package and apply the appropriate postage/insurance selection. I do keep proof of posting but the maximum you can claim for standard lost post is £32.00 with a proof of posting.
I would ask that you allow at least 10 days from the date I notify you the goods have been despatched, for delivery, this should more than cover any transit problems.
If the goods arrived damaged I would ask that you keep the packaging and contact your main Post Office as you need to claim from them in these circumstances. I will retain the proofs for their information should they contact me.
If there are any problems please contact me and between us we should be able to rectify the matter to the satisfaction of all.
Returns:
If for some reason the goods are not as required I will accept returns within 10 days of receipt. The goods must be returned in the same condition as they were when despatched to you. You need to pay the return postage. A refund will be made for the cost of the item only.
